Do you really not charge by the hour?

Really. We look at the job, we give you one price for the whole thing, and that is the price. The stairs, the parking, the tip fees: our problem, already counted.

How soon can you come?

For everyday pickups, same-day where we can and usually within a few days. For estate and downsizing clearances we fit around you: probate, the family's decisions and the settlement date set the pace, not our calendar.

What won't you take?

Asbestos, chemicals and clinical waste belong with licensed specialists, and we will say so rather than take a risk with your job. Almost everything else a house holds, from a single fridge to the whole contents, is exactly what we do. Here is where it all goes.

Can you clear a house if I am not in Sydney?

Yes. It is common with estates. We walk the house on a video call, set aside anything that matters and courier or hold it as you prefer, and we call before we set aside anything we are unsure about. You get photos of the swept rooms when it is done.
