We read every enquiry ourselves and reply promptly. Nothing is booked and nothing is priced until we have seen the job and you have said yes.

What happens after you write

We reply promptly, with any questions and some times to look at the job. For a small pickup, a couple of photos is often enough.
We look, then we quote. One written price for the whole of the job, settled before we begin, and the day itself cannot change it.
You decide in your own time. No follow-up barrage, no pressure. Estate work especially moves at your pace, not ours.

Why there is no phone number here yet

We are a new local crew and our phone line is still being set up. Until it is, the form is the one way in, and we treat it with the urgency a call would get. Leave your number and we will ring you back if you would rather talk than type.

Organising from interstate or overseas?

You do not need to be here. We can walk the house on a video call, agree everything in writing, and return the keys to your agent or solicitor when the rooms are swept. Our guide for executors and family away from Sydney covers how that works.

Do you really not charge by the hour?

Really. We look at the job, we give you one price for the whole thing, and that is the price. The stairs, the parking, the tip fees: our problem, already counted.

How soon can you come?

For everyday pickups, same-day where we can and usually within a few days. For estate and downsizing clearances we fit around you: probate, the family's decisions and the settlement date set the pace, not our calendar.

What won't you take?

Asbestos, chemicals and clinical waste belong with licensed specialists, and we will say so rather than take a risk with your job. Almost everything else a house holds, from a single fridge to the whole contents, is exactly what we do. Here is where it all goes.

Can you clear a house if I am not in Sydney?

Yes. It is common with estates. We walk the house on a video call, set aside anything that matters and courier or hold it as you prefer, and we call before we set aside anything we are unsure about. You get photos of the swept rooms when it is done.
