The fine print, kept plain
Nothing on this page is hidden in it. That is rather the point.Which photographs are real
The photographs on this site are illustrative. They are generated images, made to show honestly the kind of work we do: the swept rooms, the harbour mornings, the crew at the van. They are not documentary records of particular jobs or particular houses, and no photograph here shows a client's home. When we clear your house, no picture of it appears anywhere unless you ask for one yourself.
A story of the process, not a calculator
The Walkthrough is this site's one interactive piece: seven pages you turn at your own pace, from the first look through to the swept rooms and the returned keys. It is a narrative, an explanation of how a clearance actually unfolds. It is not a calculator, an estimator or a quoting tool, and it will never hand you a figure. There is no such tool anywhere on this site, and that is deliberate.
Why no dollar figure appears on this site
You will not find a price on any page here. Not a "from" price, not a per-load rate, not a number dressed as an estimate. A price given before we have seen the job would be a guess, and we do not quote by guessing. The only price that counts is the one fixed in writing after we have looked, agreed with you before anything is lifted, and unchanged by the day itself.
Until that written figure exists, nothing on this site is a quote, an offer or a promise of a price.
What the writing here is for
Everything written on this site is general information for Balmoral, Mosman and the harbour suburbs around them: Beauty Point, Clifton Gardens, Cremorne, Mosman Bay, Neutral Bay and Spit Junction. We write it carefully and we check what can be checked, but it is guidance, not advice. It is not legal advice for an executor, not financial advice for a downsize, and not a ruling on waste regulation.
Where a council or government page covers the same ground, trust it over ours: it is the authority and we say so on the pages themselves. And where a job involves asbestos, chemicals or clinical waste, the answer is a licensed specialist, not this website and not us.
If a page here has drifted out of date or is plainly wrong, say so through the enquiry form. We would rather correct a page than defend it.
